Mike Hausser is a Professional Engineer with over 24 years of municipal experience in both private and public sector. He has a unique blend of engineering / technology / business experience gained by working closely with a wide variety of municipal services in efforts to continuously improve the transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of public services.
Daryush Esmaili is the City of Guelph’s Manager of Corporate Asset and Project Management. His expertise includes maximizing value in services such as utilities, transportation, facilities, parks, and fleet. Mr. Esmaili has a Master’s degree specializing in Asset Management, and actively contributes to the international industry through committees including the ISO Technical Committee 251 for Asset Management.
Jason is the current Director, Asset Management for the City of Kitchener. Jason has overall accountability for developing plans for the optimized management of the City’s 12 asset categories. Jason’s data-driven approach provides enabling support leveraging technology and consistent processes balancing service expectations and risk management.
Dharmen Dhaliah works for the Town of Halton Hills as Corporate Asset Manager and is the author of “Physical Asset Management – An Organizational Challenge”. He has over twenty-six years of working experience in the public and private sectors and is a Certified Asset Management Assessor for the ISO 55000 standards.
Khaled is Manager of Corporate Asset Management at the City of London, Ontario. Khaled is a professional engineer with a PhD in Construction Management, continually contributing to the asset management and engineering profession through strategy development, publications and teaching.
Johan Krijnen is currently Manager Asset Management at the City of Cambridge. Johan holds an engineering degree from The Netherlands, and received his P.Eng. and PMP in Canada. His international career included diverse positions in private as well as public sector in The Netherlands, Singapore, and Canada. He is keenly interested in continuously improving every facet of the asset management system.
